Service Description

The combined Airborne and Ground push through the Netherlands to open access to the German industrial heartland. Visit Eindhoven, Nijmegen, and Arnhem while exploring the decision before and during the operation that ultimately made it just one "bridge too far". The experience starts and ends in Amsterdam with lodging centrally located in Nijmegen. The tour starts with the 101st objectives and drop zone in the area of Eindhoven. Day 2 of the tour focuses on the 82nd objectives and drop zones in the area of Nijmegen, including a discussion of the heroic Waal crossing. The final full day of the tour explores Arnhem and "the bridge too far" of the incredible stand of the UK 1st Airborne.
