Service Description

This is a multiday immersive leadership experience. This session starts in Paris and then provides visits the historic beaches, towns, and landing zones surrounding the U.S. and U.K. invasion to liberate Europe. The group will dive into the terrain, the people, the units, and the legends of the battle. This famous struggle can allow you or your clients to: *Learn how to build teams, initiative, and flexibility to deal with rapid change. *How tactical (small unique actions) can build on or achieve strategic objectives *Explore topics on presence, character, personal courage, and trust The history books and movies have made this battle famous - walk the ground and see it through the eyes of those that fought heroically and developed "leaders of action." Sites include: Pegasus Bridge Ste-Mere-Eglise La Fiere Bridge Utah Beach Brecourt Manor Angoville-au-Plain Carentan Point du Hoc Omaha Beach German, UK, and US Cemeteries
